Prefazione a 'Come parla un populista'

The preface takes the starting point from Donald Trump’s rhetoric to briefly discuss some aspects of populist communication seen as a type of discourse based on emotional and manipulative tools. The frequent apparent contradiction between the aggressive and strongly ideological tone of populist messages, and the call to an ethical and traditional view of people emerges not only in Trump but also in other populist actors, such as the Italian right-wing politicians. The preface examines some of their content and communication choices.
