Public brickstory: laboratori partecipativi e memoria pubblica

Sulla scorta della diffusione dei lego a tema storico e del loro uso per la public history, il progetto Italian Brickhistory ha dato vita a un’attività sui social e a laboratori partecipativi per studenti e adulti. L’articolo ripercorre quest’ultima pratica, dalla concettualizzazione alla realizzazione dei kit fino agli elementi scaturiti nel corso delle attività proposte e alla possibilità di costruire un dialogo bidirezionale tra fruitori e storici a partire dalla memoria pubblica che emerge durante le pratiche sperimentate. On the basis of the diffusion of historical-themed legos and their use for public history, the Italian Brickhistory project has given rise to an activity on social networks and participatory workshops for students and adults. The article retraces the latter practice, from the conceptualization to the creation of the kits up to the elements resulting from the proposed activities and the possibility of building a two-way dialogue between users and historians starting from the public memory that emerges during the tested practices.
