Selective isotopic labelling is a powerful tool to investigate protein structure and interactions inside living cells. As we previously demonstrated on folded proteins, the right choice of selective labelling can result in more sensitive NMR experiments allowing for the detection of proteins at endogenous concentrations and can extremely simplify complex and unintelligible spectra arising from large proteins. Similar strategies can be also applied to investigate intrinsically disordered proteins.

Abstract
Selective isotopic labelling is a powerful tool to investigate protein structure and interactions inside living cells. As we previously demonstrated on folded proteins, the right choice of selective labelling can result in more sensitive NMR experiments allowing for the detection of proteins at endogenous concentrations and can extremely simplify complex and unintelligible spectra arising from large proteins. Similar strategies can be also applied to investigate intrinsically disordered proteins.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
