The slope stabuity conditions of the site of an ancient centre of Sirolo (Marche, Italy) an area subject to complex landslide phenomena, are analysed. The historical research into the evolution of the failures and the geostructural and detailed geomorphological studies have enable us to identify the potential landslide risk areas.
