As part of the built heritage of the ancient city of Olomouc -capital of Moravia until 1640, alternately with Brno - the city walls cons tute an important landmark perhaps not sufficiently known with respect to the historical and architectural value of the complex and of the city, third monumental bound historical center of the country by size.
