Anterior Chamber Fibrin Reaction after SING IMT Telescope Implantation An 83-year-old-woman developed a marked anterior chamber brin reaction, with conjunctival hyperemia and chemosis, the rst day after lens extraction and smaller-incision new-generation implantable miniature telescope (SING IMT) implantation for late-stage age-related macular degeneration. Anterior segment OCT showed a dense brin clot over the telescope with some strands attached to the corneal endothelium (A). A subtenon injection of 20 mg Triamcinolone acetonide was performed. After 2 days, there was a reduction in conjunctival hyperemia and chemosis, along with partial resolution of anterior chamber brin (B). One week later, there was resolution of inflammation, transparent cornea, and a complete degradation of intracameral fibrin (C).
