Mycosis Fungoides (MF) is the most frequent primary cutaneous lymphoma and is characterized by an indolent erythematous rash composed by patches and plaques that may persist for years or decades. Over time, up to 25% of cases progress to advanced stages with skin tumors and erythroderma , but extracutaneous spread in MF is rare, affecting peripheral blood, lymph nodes, spleen, lungs, liver, bone and kidneys. Central Nervous System involvement by MF is extremely rare. Herein, we present a case of classical MF progressed to tumour stage, erythroderma, and lastly into rapidly fatal leukemic peripheral blood and CNS involvement.
