The essay describes the University of Florence's "Narratives of Gender and Other Identities" project (2023-2025) as a tool for the pedagogy of recognition, a foundation for promoting processes of historical-educational resignification in educational contexts. Podcasts, self-narration, biography, and autobiography are analyzed in light of the role they can play within the digital humanities, responding to the challenges that cancel culture poses in the scientific field for those engaged in educational contexts.
