The paper accounts for a collaborative experience between the Department of Architecture-Community Resilience Research Unit and the Archaeological Museum of Arezzo, which aimed to rehabilitate the decommis- sioned Monetiere Hall and reopen it to the public. Thanks to close collaboration with the Museum’s management and the support of local economic realities, it was possible to activate a process of involving young architecture students and researchers in delving into the specificities and exhibition problems of the ancient coin collections and finally produce a layout proposal compatible with contemporary museum needs. hat started as a pressing need has evolved into a significant opportunity for research, applied training, and a shared commitment to enhance our valuable heritage. Despite its complexities, the proect is now in its final stage, and its narrative is vividly suppor- ted by graphic images depicting its development from idea to construction
