Successful resolution of iliopubic and ischiopubic branch pseudoarthrosis with cannulated screw fixation: A case report

Case Description: The patient presented with chronic pain and severe functional disability, requiring assistive devices due to failure of previous treatment for pelvic ring injuries. Treatment Technique: The surgical approach involved percutaneous cannulated screw fixation, a technique highlighting the potential of minimally invasive methods to address refractory, non-union pelvic fractures. Results: The intervention led to a complete resolution of symptoms, with the patient returning to normal daily activities. Significance: The study provides evidence for using this technique for chronic pseudoarthrosis or malunion in the anterior pelvic ring.
