On October 2022, a working group for ANCA-GN was established for the future development of the Berden Classification (hereafter named “the classification”) and the Brix Renal Risk Score (hereafter named “the risk score”). Although based on different criteria, both systems have good predictive value for kidney prognosis. Considering new developments in ANCA-GN, including new therapies, we aim to regularly review the ANCA classification and scoring systems, further develop, and eventually transform them into a tool that assists in the management. The working group consists of experts in the fields of nephrology, pathology, rheumatology, and immunology and is endorsed by the European Vasculitis Society (EUVAS). In this perspective, we give a detailed overview of the working group's viewpoints and current activities, our research agenda, and plans for the future.

Abstract
In this perspective, we give a detailed overview of the working group's viewpoints and current activities, our research agenda, and plans for the future.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
