Aspetti pubblicistici della pianificazione energetica regionale: l'esperienza della Regione Toscana

The framework of the regulatory and administrative interventions of the Tuscany Region in the field of energy cannot disregard the role assumed in that area by planning, intending it with the rotation of regional energy plans. This article deals with recosntructing, in terms that interest the scholar of public law, the regional energy planning's evolution in Tuscany, starting from 2000, up to the PRTE in 2022.
