Bleeding from the oral cavity is a rare and alarming clinical presentation requiring careful differential diagnosis. Hematohidrosis is an extremely uncommon condition characterized by spontaneous blood-like sweating or bleeding through intact skin or mucosa, often associated with psychological stress. We report a new case of hematohidrosis presenting with recurrent bleeding from the oral cavity, describing the clinical features, diagnostic work-up, exclusion of hematologic and local causes, and management approach. This case highlights the importance of recognizing hematohidrosis as a potential diagnosis in unexplained mucosal bleeding and underscores the role of multidisciplinary evaluation.
