The current paper intends to piece together the regional regulation on the Energy Communities, referring to the deliberations of the Tuscany Regional committee and to the Tuscan laws. Meanwhile, the Tuscan civil society has proved to be responsive, implementing the Energy Communities without receiving any funding from the national and regional institutions; however, the Recovery Plan has allocated a first tranche of funding, and, in the meantime, an additional funding from the regional institutions is awaited.
