Il vulnus principale sta nella richiesta di un numero elevato di pubblicazioni, con articoli editi in rivista di classe A. Com’è possibile che un dottore di ricerca a cavallo dei venticinque e trent’anni vanti una produzione così copiosa e tutta di alto profilo? Ne consegue che risultano vincitori candidati “âgée”. L’immissione tardiva dei ricercatori costituisce un problema di assoluta rilevanza ed emergenza. Non casualmente il corpo docente universitario italiano è il più vecchio d’Europa. The late entry of researchers constitutes a problem of absolute relevance and emergency. It is no coincidence that the Italian university teaching staff is the oldest in Europe.
