The article examines the papyrus codex P.CtYBR inv. 4000, the so-called “New Palladas,” a fourth-century CE anthology of Greek epigrams that offers rare evidence for the transmission of epigrammatic literature in Late Antiquity. Through an analysis of the manuscript’s material features, paratextual organization, and thematic structure, the study aims to clarify the nature of the collection and its place within the broader tradition of Greek epigram anthologies.

Abstract
The article examines the papyrus codex P.CtYBR inv. 4000, the so-called “New Palladas,” a fourth-century CE anthology of Greek epigrams that offers rare evidence for the transmission of epigrammatic literature in Late Antiquity. Through an analysis of the manuscript’s material features, paratextual organization, and thematic structure, the study aims to clarify the nature of the collection and its place within the broader tradition of Greek epigram anthologies.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
