(9) 82 (2003), no. 10, 1277--1301; MR2020923 (2004i:35021)] we derived an asymptotic formula for the steady state voltage potentials in the presence of thin inhomogeneities. In this paper we extend this result to time harmonic transverse electric Maxwell equations.

Abstract
