In an earlier paper [E. Beretta, E. Francini and M. S. Vogelius, J. Math. Pures Appl. (9) 82 (2003), no. 10, 1277--1301; MR2020923 (2004i:35021)] we derived an asymptotic formula for the steady state voltage potentials in the presence of thin inhomogeneities. In this paper we extend this result to time harmonic transverse electric Maxwell equations.
