We study the existence of positive solutions asymptotically decreasing towards zero for a system of two coupled second order nonlinear differential equations with p-laplacian operator. Concerning the nonlinearities, neither monotonicity nor sublinearity/superlinearity is supposed, and this fact allow us to consider also the singular case and the forced one. Some special; cases as Emden-Fowler type systems are also considered.
