Cupressacee family has been recognized as a unique source of an increasing number of winter pollinosis in Mediterranean countries. In the area of Florence, cypress is very common and the concentration of airborne pollen is very high. The aim of the study was to evaluate the pharmacoeconomic impact of cypress allergy in Florence and to create an aerobiological forecast system.

Abstract
