Most studies investigated the effect of weather conditions, in particular air temperature, on cardiovascular disease. The objective of this study is retrospectively to investigate whether changes in atmospheric pressure were associated with BP variation in a population of subjects who underwent non invasive ambulatory BP monitoring which allows to measure BP during all the 24 hours.
