Progettazione e applicazione della conjoint analysis opportunamente modificata per la valutazione dell'offerta formativa di un corso di laurea

This paper focuses on conjoint analysis in order to improve this method by considering some specific aspects. With this respect, we suggest a modified conjoint analysis to overcome some critical points of theory, as the use of a fractional factorial design in a non technological system and the reduced number of trials. The technique is applied to a specific degree course of Faculty of Economics, University of Florence and the evaluation is performed at improving the current situation. Therefore, the analysis is carried out according a double point a view: the judgement of the students about the real situation and the hypothetical scenarios supplied through the conjoint analysis method.
