Abstract
The main results ofthe analyses ofthe effects concerning the new urban and country planning previsions OD the groundwater resources ofGrosseto are described. A complex aquifer system exists (multilayered coastal aquifer system) with salinisation problems. The Grosseto plain represents a typical drained land characterized by a recent geomorphologica! evolution and an intense history ofmodifications oflakes, lagoons, polders, marshes, dunes, littorals, etc. In particular groundwater management has been analysed dealing with different aspects of the water balance connected, for example, to the project of dual aqueduct network, the agricultural uses, artificial recharges, forced drainage, etc.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
