In this paper, the authors propose continuous-wave sin- gle-frequency (CW-SF) and multi-frequency (CW-MF) microwave tech- niques for measurement of large-structure vibration. Theoretical back- ground and experimental results of tests on a vertical steel structure, subjected both to artificial solicitation through a vibrodyne and to wind, are reported.
