Solid combinations of naproxen with amorphous hydroxypropyl-cyclodextrin derivatives were investigated for thermal behaviour (DSC), drug crystallinity (X-ray diffractometry) and drug dissolution rate. Phase solubility analyses and molecular modelling studies were caried out to study the drug-cyclodextrin inclusion complexation.
