The work investigates the relations between teacher self-efficacy, social demographic variables (age, years of teaching and type of school) and level of job involvement, organizational commitment, and organizational satisfaction. The following instruments were administered to 328 Italian teachers of 20 high schools: Ohio State Teacher Efficacy Scale (OSTES) (Tschannen-Moran & Woolfolk-Hoy, 2001), Classroom and School Context Teacher Self-efficacy Scale (CSC-TSES) (Friedman & Kass, 2002), Job Involvement scale (Lodhal & Kejner, 1965), Organizational Commitment scale (Allen & Meyer, 1990) and Organizational Satisfaction Questionnaire (QSO) (Cortese, 2001). The statistic analysis (descriptive, analysis of variance and analysis of correlations) underlined the correlated nature of the self-efficacy's construct with the constructs job involvement, affective commitment and organizational satisfaction.
