we propose a study in which Pinus pinea seeds were subjected to two different gravitational stress during the whole time of germination (21 days): a moderate hyper-gravitational stress (20 x g) and a hypo-gravitational one (about 10 –3 x g). We estimated the activities of the most representative enzymes of the main metabolic pathways (isocitrate lyase for glyoxylate cycle, 3hydroxyacilCoA dehydrogenase for fatty acids metabolism, glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase for shunt of pentose phosphates, isocitrate dehydrogenase for Krebs Cycle, pyruvate kinase for glycolyse) in treated seeds with respect to the control ones (1 x g), at different days during the whole germination process.

Abstract
we propose a study in which Pinus pinea seeds were subjected to two different gravitational stress during the whole time of germination (21 days): a moderate hyper-gravitational stress (20 x g) and a hypo-gravitational one (about 10 –3 x g). We estimated the activities of the most representative enzymes of the main metabolic pathways (isocitrate lyase for glyoxylate cycle, 3hydroxyacilCoA dehydrogenase for fatty acids metabolism, glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase for shunt of pentose phosphates, isocitrate dehydrogenase for Krebs Cycle, pyruvate kinase for glycolyse) in treated seeds with respect to the control ones (1 x g), at different days during the whole germination process.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
