A new inorganic-organic hybrid [VO(pcp)], where pep is the P,P'diphenylmethylenediphosphinate ligand, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The X-ray analysis revealed an undulated 2D-layered structure, where VO5 moieties are connected through bridging phosphinate groups. Magnetic measurements in the range 300-2 K have shown a weak ferromagnetic interaction between vanadyl groups.

Abstract
A new inorganic-organic hybrid [VO(pcp)], where pep is the P,P'diphenylmethylenediphosphinate ligand, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The X-ray analysis revealed an undulated 2D-layered structure, where VO5 moieties are connected through bridging phosphinate groups. Magnetic measurements in the range 300-2 K have shown a weak ferromagnetic interaction between vanadyl groups.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
