TAREB is part-funded by the European Commission DG Tren Altener programme. Project no: 4.1030/C/02-101/2002 The project initiative is aimed at providing professional training in the application of renewable energy (RE) technologies in buildings with particular emphasis on solar architecture. The target groups are professionals and post-graduate students. Training is offered both through a series of further education teaching events and through an existing European Masters Degree Course. This project is part financed by the European Commission DG Tren Altener programme. The consortium includes Educational Institutions who have co-operated to produce a European Masters course in Integration of RE into Buildings (IREB) and institutions concerned with the promotion of Solar and other renewable energies who have experience in the provision of transnational training events in Solar Architecture.
