A 79-year-old woman underwent right radical nephrectomy for an asymptomatic 4.5 cm clear cell carcinoma with an alveolar pattern, Fuhrman grade 2. After 3 years she was treated with a lumpectomy for a nodule in the right breast. Histology showed clear cell carcinoma with a background of atrophic breast parenchyma, diagnosed as metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma

Abstract
A 79-year-old woman underwent right radical nephrectomy for an asymptomatic 4.5 cm clear cell carcinoma with an alveolar pattern, Fuhrman grade 2.
