Abstract
A fully integrated Tow-Thomas biquad using current feedback amplifiers is presented. The proposed circuit has attractive characteristics, as the possibility to independently control the transfer function coefficients and the possibility to be directly inserted within cascaded configurations. It has the advantage of using only grounded capacitors. Furthermore, the presence of current feedback amplifiers makes it suitable for high speed applications. The theoretical analysis of the circuit is followed by PSPICEI documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
