A novel technique for the remote sensing monitoring of landslides has been successfully applied for determining the complete displacement field of slope movements. The technique is based on the differential interferometry principles and it is implemented through the use of a portable ground-based radar apparatus. The complete methodology is here described in detail, starting from the field radar observations until the final production of georeferenced, multi-temporal deformation maps.

Abstract
A novel technique for the remote sensing monitoring of landslides has been successfully applied for determining the complete displacement field of slope movements. The technique is based on the differential interferometry principles and it is implemented through the use of a portable ground-based radar apparatus. The complete methodology is here described in detail, starting from the field radar observations until the final production of georeferenced, multi-temporal deformation maps.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
