Entrepreneurship is considered as one of best strategies to simulate the creation of new jobs and small business and innovating European countries Entrepreneurial intention is considered a key determinant in the construction of entrepreneurial choise. The aim of this study is to analyse how perceived situations in context, personality, expectations attitudes,beliefs, and motivation influence the development of intention.Research was carried out among a sample of 625 university and secondary students to investigate the role of personality, beliefs, motivation, and perceptions of conditions of the context in entrepreneurial intention. A model of direct influences on entrepreneurial intention and mediations variables was tested. The resultants shows that entrepreneurial intention is produced by an interaction of personal and contextual aspects and some variables (context s perceptions and personality)have direct influence while the others (beliefs and motivation) are mediators.
