The management of the complex processes and projects is the key to understand the major issues identified in the field of contemporary building. The training has the responsibility to turn in a virtuous processes of experimentation and in comparison with the requirement for new professional skills can match fully the formal elements of architectural language with the demands of 'practical feasibility' of the project for the scenarios that prefigure today. The strategies that shape the training (LabPTA) show how this kind of formation method approach to deny the prevailing logics of the "hurried and blind decisions ", to feed, however, a process of participation of the users and the clients to be able to promote more awareness about of the transformation choises of the land through "realistic solutions, reflected and responsible." The objective is to contribute at an architect formation who, in totally awareness of the constraints placed on the architectural design by the requirements engineering, functional and safety of the work, has the ability to coordinate and harmonize the contents of the architectural language with those technical-scientific for a complete and correct definition of the project. The teaching method is designed to provide aknowledgement and skills through experience of training on the job projects for the development and monitoring of the project interventions architectural complex. The aim is to provide the student knowledge and methodological tools designed to reach qualified operational capabilities to face the planned process from the survey of the needs to reach a constructive response consistent with the environmental and economic resources available. With the Integration of the organizational, technological and design competences and the technical and physical ones are, dealed, with esigenzial-performance approach, the planned phases, the works designed and managed the effects of the specific regulatory decisions of the project, procedures of achievement, the relationship between the building materials solutions and products with low environmental impact, the technical information, the times, the costs, the way to entrust and execute of the work in relation to the special characteristics of the entrepreneurial and industrial.
