The recently issued law on workers safety and wellbeing force companies to detect the work-related stress dimensions (WRS). In order to do so, it has been worked out an intervention protocol to find out WRS. Such protocol allows an analysis of psycho- social risks and, above all, a wider participation to the safety issue. The article presents an intervention occurred in a municipality company for public service. Such interven- tion revealed to be also an opportunity for organisational development (OD) for the or- ganization itself.
