In this paper a novel non-linear polarization filter is described, which is derived from the non-linear Polarization Vector Translation (PVT) filter. Such a filter is conceived for adaptive cancellation of ground clutter. Its operation is based on scan-to-scan stationary and asymmetric short-term changement of ground clutter polarization.
