We state and prove an integral manifold theorem for non autonomous differential systems when the vector field is multiplied by a small parameter. We use an averaging technique together with methods of Hirsch-Pugh-Shub-Foster- Irwin; these last are adapted to the context of the topology of "integral smallness".
