Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device for anchoring double, rotating about the axis of the support rod so as to facilitate automatic orientation of the rings in the case of falling and able to absorb by deformation of eyebolts part of the energy developed by operators during the fall, thus reducing the actions on fixing elements. It is known to experts in the art that a bend at a metal element is a preform which, under suitable conditions of load, leads to bending transformation of a plastic hinge. Abstract

Therefore, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention the eyebolts are made by drilling and bending a metal plate, in order to pre-form of plastic hinges designed to de-form under loads, thus suitable absorbs energy.
