The use of silicon detectors in p-View the MathML source small-angle physics is discussed. The performance of a set of double-sided readout silicon detectors is shown. Test beam results on the efficiency for minimum-ionizing particles, the space accuracy and the charge correlation between the ohmic and junction side of the detectors are presented.
