With this issue of Tutto_Misure we conclude the discussion of the radiofrequency (RF) behavior of passive circuit components. We here focus on the resistor. An equivalent lumped circuit model of the resistor, valid at RF, is discussed and the construction techniques adopted for manufacturing the resistors used by the modern printed circuit board technology are presented.
