In consequence of surgical operations to remove bladder tumors, the sphincter can be damaged or removed. Implantable prosthesis can replace the sphincter function and need to be actuated (urinary valve open/close) from an external device hold by the patient. The present invention relates to an external device to transmit energy inside the human body in order to provide the power supply to an implanted urinary valve and the relative electric actuator system. The urinary valve is normally hold closed to prevent incontinence problems. The applicability of this method can be extended also to other technical problems where electrical energy need to be accumulated but it doesn’t exist the possibility to use electrical conductors or electromagnetic coupling.
