Abstract
This paper presents some analytical methodologies, which were developed to characterise the metabolic profile of some plants samples, with specific reference to auxins, cytokinins and abscissic acid, and also to detect significant differences between wild type and genetically modified plant samples. The main aim was to develop sample preparation tecniques which included selective extractions, derivatization of the compounds to be determined if necessary, and instrumental techniques based on gas chromatography and liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
