The aim of our work has been (1) to use in vitro cultures to analyse the possible correlation between resistance in vivo and parameters to be screened in vitro; (2) to dissect defence processes by isolating mutants for different steps involved in their expression, and (3) to study the influence of plant physiological conditions on host-pathogen interaction, with a particular attention to auxin-cytokinin balance.

Abstract
The aim of our work has been (1) to use in vitro cultures to analyse the possible correlation between resistance in vivo and parameters to be screened in vitro; (2) to dissect defence processes by isolating mutants for different steps involved in their expression, and (3) to study the influence of plant physiological conditions on host-pathogen interaction, with a particular attention to auxin-cytokinin balance.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
