The paper links the author research to the state of the art with regard of quality for building users troughout the world. In particular her work as responsible of the LQE (Laboratorio per la qualità edilizia) at the Università di Firenze was operated checking on site building performances, gathering al significant data and measures and calculating the level of performance with particular regard to users comfort.
