The Cs-Pb-X aggregated phases were created in CsX host crystals (X=Cl, Br, I) by annealing of Ph-doped crystals at elevated temperatures. CsPbX3 and Cs4PbBr6 phases were evidenced in some cases and their optical properties were measured. Due to semiconducting character of CsPbX3 phase (X=Cl,Br), quantum confinement effect was observed in its excitonic emission.

Abstract

The Cs-Pb-X aggregated phases were created in CsX host crystals (X=Cl, Br, I) by annealing of Ph-doped crystals at elevated temperatures. CsPbX3 and Cs4PbBr6 phases were evidenced in some cases and their optical properties were measured. Due to semiconducting character of CsPbX3 phase (X=Cl,Br), quantum confinement effect was observed in its excitonic emission.
