Feasability study for the establishment of a pilot farm for agribusiness development that will serve as reference model for the region. The project pursues the objective of improving and diversifying production while optimizing water and energy uses through the definition and integration of 3 main productive lines: 1) fish farming, 2) cultivation of vegetables and fruits, 3) animal breeding. The integration minimizes the waste of each line by exploiting its outputs. Water is used to feed different layers of usage where residual water from one level is reintegrated and used for the following one.

Abstract

Feasability study for the establishment of a pilot farm for agribusiness development that will serve as reference model for the region. The project pursues the objective of improving and diversifying production while optimizing water and energy uses through the definition and integration of 3 main productive lines: 1) fish farming, 2) cultivation of vegetables and fruits, 3) animal breeding. The integration minimizes the waste of each line by exploiting its outputs.
