The Authors examined the thermoduric microflora on 60 pasteurized milk samples. The results showed that the presence of thermoduric bacteria is closed bound up with the microbic contamination of the milk before the pasteuration. The genera Microbacterium risulted the most heat-resistant of all analyzed non-sporulating mesophilic bacteria in according to bibliography data.
