High-sensitive anti-HLA antibody screening in neurotransplantation had never been reported before and, in general, the histocompatibility issues had rarely been explored. The paper provides elements that are instrumental to a better understanding of the immunogenic potential of fetal grafting and its bearing on the efficacy of the transplant. It also support the process of decision making about the debated need of long-term immunosuppression.

Abstract
High-sensitive anti-HLA antibody screening in neurotransplantation had never been reported before and, in general, the histocompatibility issues had rarely been explored. The paper provides elements that are instrumental to a better understanding of the immunogenic potential of fetal grafting and its bearing on the efficacy of the transplant. It also support the process of decision making about the debated need of long-term immunosuppression.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
