Out of the 44 papers presented in the Conference, 14 have been selected with the help of the session chairmen, as considered worthy of publication to an International Journal. The authors of the selected papers were invited to submit extended manuscripts and those received were reviewed by international experts, following the review standards of the Journal of Wind Engineering and Industrial Aerodynamics. The 10 accepted papers are now published in this special issue.
