Abstract

Hainie's Corner is first a public space and public space is for us the stage of urban architecture. A timeless architecture, whose sense exceeds its functions. A lasting architecture, meant as a reaction against the spectacularization wich affects a city constantly changing and mutating for the needs of a consumer society. Also materials and language must be perceived as usual in a city intended as an elelent of cultural and symbolic identification. In such a city every new stage of growth and stratification has to be intended as ontologically necessary and seen as it had always been existing
