The fire impact on the soil ecosystem was only recently considered in relation to its relevance on the response of forest ecosystems. This study aims to evaluate the fire effect on the microbial community diversity and the activity of a soil forest by DNA - RNA molecular screening (PCR-DGGE). For the DNA fingerprinting, has been analyzed the extracellular (eDNA) and intracellular (iDNA) soil DNA fraction.

Abstract
The fire impact on the soil ecosystem was only recently considered in relation to its relevance on the response of forest ecosystems. This study aims to evaluate the fire effect on the microbial community diversity and the activity of a soil forest by DNA - RNA molecular screening (PCR-DGGE). For the DNA fingerprinting, has been analyzed the extracellular (eDNA) and intracellular (iDNA) soil DNA fraction.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
